Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

For handmade items that are in-stock, please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 2-3 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

For custom or made to order items, order processing is dependent upon the item that is being created. Please allow an average of 1 week or less to complete and ship item(s). If more time is needed for the requested item, you will be notified prior to creation. 

For apparel items, the average production time is 7 to 10 business days.

For Mugs, Acrylic Tumblers, Travel Tumblers and Notebooks, the average production time is 4 to 7 business days

For earrings (in-stock) please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. 

For personalized jewelry production time is currently 5 to 7 business days before shipping.

Any digital (non-physical) products will be immediately sent to the email address entered during the order process.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
